Baby On The Way!

Hello Everyone!

Our little peanut is almost HERE!

I would really like to keep everyone updated as much as possible! With everything that is going on with our lives, it can get hard, especially with our little peanut's arrival soon. All I have been doing is sleeping and trying to get as ready as possible for the big day. I had my baby shower a few weeks ago. We got just about everything we need for the baby -- I only had to get a few small things. It took me FOREVER to take all the tags and stickers off of all the clothes and make sure we had everything. I washed everything from clothes to bassinet sheets & blankets to bath towels and wash clothes. I just couldn't wait!

I am just getting so anxious. I had my 36 week check-up at the doctor's today and he said the baby's head is down, and in position so I should be ready to go any week now. How exciting, right?! 4 weeks left..I think I am going to go early, though! I predict July 7th, but my due date is July 18th! Little Frank Jr. kicks and moves so much that it makes me even more anxious to meet him. Frank is more excited than you can imagine. He put the bassinet together a few days ago and was so proud of himself. I was so proud that I took pictures from beginning to end LOL. Check them out at www.myspace.com/iloveyoupeanut.

On another note, Frank just got a new job at FritoLay! It was a long process getting in there but he's been training for about 3 weeks now. His schedule went from an 8a-5p job to 3am to 6pm, but he says it's all worth it. He says he is doing it ALL for the two of us, meaning me and our little peanut. The job offers great health benefits, 401k, pension, and not to mention great pay. We needed more money and health benefits, but the other things are just more perks for the future! Frank is such a great husband and he would do anything he had to to support his family.

If you're wondering whether or not he stopped going out to bars and drinking, the answer is yes. He goes to work, comes home, sleeps, and does it all over again the next day. When he does have time to do anything, we spend that time together. Even though I sleep next to him every night, I still miss him because I really don't get to see him that much anymore. I stopped working about a week ago, but I will be going back to work once the baby is born, probably 8-10 weeks after our little peanut is here. We can't WAIT!

I hope you all got to see the update show. If you didn't, I am feeling much better about my brother/sister-in-laws. We have definately gotten a lot closer and now I have them watching Frank closely. They are always telling him that he better be doing certain things for me and helping me out around the house because I am pregnant. Also, his sisters got on him about going out to bars and drinking, too, because he has a family now. He stopped long before they ever said anything, anyway. It just feels good to know I have people to turn to now. I really do love Frank's family and they all cannot wait for the baby to get here. Everything is just working out great and we are so happy!!!

Jess and Frank Say Hello!

Hi everyone,

Frank and I have been together for about six years now and married four months! We met when I was 14 and Frank was 17 at one of our high school dances. We just danced and spent all of our time together at the dance. At the time, Frank was seeing someone and a week later broke up with her to ask me out. Frank was a little shy, I guess, because he gave one of MY friends HIS number and asked my friend to ask me to call him. Well, as much fun as I had at the dance with him, I decided to call him and from there we started seeing each other A LOT!

Only a few weeks later Frank sent me an IM and wrote "143" and signed off. He was telling me he loved me, LOL, but was too afraid to stay online to see my response. (Like I said, he must have been shy then.) So, the next day I called him and said, "I know what 143 means and I love you too," and ever since then we have been in love and inseparable.

We have had our differences and break-ups but what couple doesn't? Just think if Frank never stopped seeing the other girl and made an effort to talk to me after the dance, we wouldn't be here today, married and waiting for the arrival of our little boy. We are so in love and can not wait for our little peanut to get here. We only have about five and-a-half weeks left. YAY!

We are so glad we got to be on "Engaged & Underage" and share our lives with the world. We have been receiving a lot of great comments from everyone and appreciate it so much. We love hearing from other couples and their stories of how they got married young and why. So, keep the comments coming. We love talking to new people and exchanging stories!!

Jessica: Marriage & Baby Update

Hey Everyone! Thank you guys soooooo much for all the congrats on everything! Frank and I are doing great. We have been saving our money for the baby to come and the house we will eventually move into. I'd say we have been doing pretty good.

As for married life, well Frank and i have been married now for 2 months and it has just been awesome. We are really great together and never make a decision without consulting each other first, which i love. I feel like i always have someone to answer my questions or help me with a problem. I love being married. I can't wait until we finally get a house of our own. I love to decorate and I'm sure i'll have a ball decorating our house!! As you all know, we are expecting also and the one thing i can't wait to decorate is the baby room, but the baby won't have a nursery until we move into our own house.

Our move date should be about 6 months after the baby is born. I am due July 18th! I am 27 weeks now...so I only have about 13 weeks left!!! My belly is huge!!! ahhhhh!!! I can't wait. Frank and I are so excited about the baby coming. The baby has been moving and kicking his mommy a lot lately, too. It really is an amazing feeling to have him kick me. It's just something you can't explain. Especially when you see your belly just move! I went to Babies R Us a few weeks ago to register for my baby shower and I had so much fun. I wanted to buy EVERYTHING in the store. I am not sure when my baby shower is because my mom is planning it and she's keeping it a surprise. Usually i can get surprises out of her but not this time LOL. I know it's some time in June, though, and I can't wait.

Jessica: Answering Your Questions

Hi everyone, it's Jessica here! I just want to say thank you to everyone's encouraging thoughts & hopes for us. We appreciate it so much. I cried the first time I read all of your comments because they touched me so much. I just want to say thank you. Everything is great, too, with the marriage and the baby! I want to answer everyone's questions, so I picked a few from your responses:

Q: The sex of the baby?
A: IT'S A BOY!

Q: What are you going to name the baby?
A: After Frank! Frank Joseph Jr.

Q: When is the baby due?
A: July 18th, 2007

Q: Are you going natural or epidural?
A: I would like to do it without the epidural. One, because the women in my family seem to have BAD luck with those things and I don’t want any problems. Two, because I want to know what I’m doing and feel everything. If I can’t handle it, then I'll take the epidural, but as far as I’m concerned… it’s au naturel for this woman!!!!!!

Q: What were you going to name the baby if it was a girl?
A: Juliana Marie

Q: Where did the episode take place?
A: Norwood, Pennsylvania. Delaware County.

Q: Are things better with Frank's sisters?
A: Yes, as a matter of fact they are! I couldn’t be happier. I love his family and they are great people, they just WORRY TOO much! But, I love them, and they love me.

Q: Are things any different with Frank's brother?
A: Well considering I don’t see him that much, I cant really say, but I do hope that Frank's brother realizes that Frank is a married man now with a baby on the way and he needs to respect that! It's not that Frank's brother didn’t ever like me, he just wants a party partner! He just needs to respect the fact that Frank can’t be his party partner anymore! Someone wrote a comment to our blog that read "I think that your brother was just jealous that you have a real thing going on, and he doesn't.” (written by martha). I think there was or still is some truth in that but...we'll never know for sure!

Q: Do you have any brothers or sisters?
A: As a matter of fact, I have three brothers! They were never shown on TV because they didn’t have anything negative to say about the wedding! I have one older brother and two younger brothers -- Adam, Matthew & CJ. They are happy for us and they all LOVE Frank.

Frank and Jessica Talk Marriage

What It's Like Having a Husband - Jessica
Since Frank and I have been married, not much has changed. We are just having some insurance issues with having the baby, But it will allwork out! I love being married to Frank. He is the best husband ever.Frank takes very good care of me. Being pregnant and all, I seem to be getting sick all the time. I've had three colds and the flu so far, and Frank never hesitates to get me anything I need. Doesn’t matter if it’s running to the store to get me medicine, or just making me a bowl of soup. He's great. There is nothing I could have asked more in a husband and soon-to-be dad than Frank.

To every young couple out there who’s planning to get married young…A little advice: Don't let anyone out there tell you you're too young to get married. Because, if you love each other and want to spend the rest ofyour life with that person, then you should, and that's all that matters. It's just you two now…you two against the world. I would do anything for Frank, and he would do anything for me. We are each other's best friends, and always will be.

Life after Marriage - Frank

I love being married to Jess. Being married is the same as any other day. But the difference is knowing we'll be together forever. I cannot wait for our little baby boy to be born, because I cannot wait to teach him everything I know. Currently I am working at my dad's auto body shop, and I am searching for a new, better job so I can support my new family. I still enjoy the same things as before I got married, such as going out, hockey, playing my video games. The only thing I don't like about being married is wearing a wedding ring, because I'm not a jewelry kind of person. A few months after the baby is born, Jess, the baby, and I will be getting a house around our area. We are currently living with Jess' parents so we can save money for a house when the baby comes.
